Having lunch or afternoon tea at the British Pantry Tea Garden is an experience you won’t soon forget. As you’re enjoying the ambiance of our cozy booths or bistro tables, you’ll be elegantly served by our courteous and professional staff.

Dine Like the Brits Do!

Several authentic British entrees are available at our restaurant. Our perennial favorites include cottage pie, ploughman’s lunch, quiche and finger sandwiches. If those options aren’t to your liking, we also offer a diverse selection of soups, salads, and sandwiches.

After your entree is finished, you’ll be able to indulge in one of our luscious desserts such as profiteroles or lemon tarts. Daily dessert specials are also available. And if you’re bringing the kids along, you’ll be pleased to know we do have a great children’s menu.

Enjoy the Finest Teas

A visit to the British Tea Garden wouldn’t be complete without a pot of tea at your table. You’ll have many options of teas to choose from and your server will happily make recommendations if necessary. We start by carefully steeping your tea and then serve it to you in style with all the proper tea accouterments. The mood is set with a fine china teapot, cup and saucer, and tea strainer. You might even find yourself speaking in a British accent during or after drinking one of our fine teas!

Entrée Dishes

Cottage Pie: $10.75

Ground beef with carrots, onions and peas topped with mashed potatoes and our delicious Bisto gravy. Served with a roll and butter.

Spinach Quiche: $10.75

Fresh spinach mixed with cheese, eggs, herbs and spices to create a crust-less treat. Served with sweet bread & butter and our famous apple slaw (contains peanuts).

Beef Pasty: $10.75

A flaky pastry filled with potato, rutabaga, onion and beef served with Bisto gravy and choice of our famous apple slaw (contains peanuts) or a small salad.

Assorted Tea Sandwiches with Fresh Fruit: $11.25

Chicken salad, ham & pineapple, cucumber & dill, strawberry cream cheese and orange marmalade.

Ploughman’s Lunch: $12.00

A wedge of sharp cheddar cheese, pickled onion, tomato, hard-boiled egg, toasted ciabatta roll & butter, and your choice of Branston pickle or Major Grey chutney.

Maiden’s Lunch: $11.00

Brie cheese, assorted fresh fruit and ciabatta roll.

Luncheon Plate: $11.00

A scoop each of tuna & egg salad, and a wedge of sharp cheddar cheese served on a bed of lettuce greens; garnished with tomato and pickle.

All are topped with provolone cheese, pickles, avocado, lettuce, tomato and red onion in a tomato flour tortilla; Honeycup mustard (spicy).

Salami or Turkey Bagel: $11.25

Hard salami or roasted turkey, provolone cheese, red onion and tomato, broiled to perfection on a white bagel. Honeycup mustard (spicy) or mayo. Please allow extra time for broiling.

Cobb Sandwich or Salad: $10.75

Grilled chicken breast, bacon strips, avocado, lettuce, tomato and red onion; topped with bleu cheese dressing. Garnished with sliced hard-boiled egg. Served on toasted multigrain bread. *Salad topped with croutons
